Portable toilets for Florida job sites, priced by crew size.

An OSHA write-up names the superintendent, the foreman and the toilet company. Tell us your crew size and ZIP. We show how many units the rule wants, what they cost in your county, and get you quotes from local companies that keep their service days.

How many toilets your crew needs

The federal rule is a table. Most Florida sites fall in the first two rows.

Workers on siteMinimum toilets (OSHA 1926.51 Table D-1)At weekly service (ANSI Z4.3)
Up to 201 toilet1 per 10 workers
20 to 1991 seat + 1 urinal per 401 per 10 workers
200 or more1 per 501 per 10 workers
"Anyone ever report a jobsite for a disgusting porta potty? Superintendent, foreman and porta potty company all were reprimanded."r/Construction, 2025

An unsanitary unit does not count toward the minimum (OSHA letter, May 17 2006). Handwashing with soap and towels is its own line in the rule, 1926.51(f). The full rule, in plain words.

Service days, in writing

Missed service is the complaint we read most. Three things are on every quote so you can hold the company to them.

Named pump days

"Tuesday and Friday" on the quote, not "twice weekly".

Weekend option

Saturday pumping priced up front for sites that run six days.

Extra visit price shown

$30 to $60 a visit, so adding a cleaning in August is a text, not a negotiation.

We check

A text to your site contact on every service day. Misses are logged against the company.

Staking

Inspectors want units staked down. Add it to the quote.

Not for weddings or events, one-day rentals, or sites outside Florida.

Questions superintendents ask

Who actually services the unit?

A local company you pick from the quotes. Their name and pump days are on the quote.

What if they skip a service day?

You text us. We chase it the same day and log the miss against that company.

How fast can a unit be on site?

Order 2 business days ahead. Same day when a truck is free.

Is the price all-in?

Yes. Delivery, weekly service, supplies and pickup. Extra visits are priced on the quote.

Net-30, COI, W-9?

Yes on request from most companies. Ask in the form.

Do I need a toilet on a Florida site?

Yes. Florida Building Code Plumbing 311.1 requires toilet facilities for construction workers. OSHA 1926.51 sets the count.

What about a hurricane warning?

Tell the company 48 hours out. Units get strapped, sandbagged or pulled.

Are you the toilet company?

No. We price the job and send it to local companies, who pay us when you book.
